AThe Ministry is headed by the Minister who is assisted by a Deputy Minister. The main focus of the Minister and the Deputy Minister is to drive and implement the President’s vision relating to Infrastructural development and Economic Competitiveness as outlined under cluster 3 of the (Medium Term National Development Plan) MTNDP..
